The principal of Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College for Women in Kamalpura, Ludhiana, is also the founder of Chakar Sports Academy that is now 5Jab Boxing Academy. His experience as the principal of Shri Ram College Dalla in Ludhiana has enabled him to inspire students and aspiring sportspersons from Punjab to follow their dreams and achieve their goals by comprehensive nurturing and coaching.
His passion and focus fuel the drive to help young and upcoming boxers and children from Punjab achieve everything extraordinary. The academy has numerous boys and girls taking up comprehensive training in boxing and football. 2021 Olympian Simranjit Kaur and Junior World Champion Mandeep Kaur Sandhu are the pride of Punjab, and the nation was personally nurtured and guided by Dr. Balwant Singh Sandhu.
