About 5Jab Foundation

Our Foundation is a venture rooted in promoting the holistic welfare of rural communities and building partnerships to curate tournaments, exchange programs and achieve global recognition of our Indian athletes. It is an ambitious project led by passionate sportsmen who have stood as champions in their own right, focused on shifting the mindset of what heights these athletes believe they can reach. Since the execution of our vision in early 2021 the foundation has:

  • Accelerated support and growth to over 350 young children, including an increased female participation rate month over month.
  • Player profiles built infrastructure and established three boxing academies in Punjab.
  • 5Jab Academy launched its very own boxing league, 5Jab Boxing League (5BL) to record- to work on.
  • The establishment of the league will promote competition, skill development and a plausible reality for these children to be in contention for the Olympics and World Competition.

Boxing is at the root of the organization but it recognizes the benefit to other fields of sport to gain competitive advantage and improve performance, as experienced by our Jarkhar Hockey team. We are inclusive of all athletes regardless of class, race, religion or gender.  We believe it is important to bridge the rifts in our society and drive youth transformation within our communities. Our athletes will come forward as youth leaders and mentors to inspire change in our society and advocate for positive lifestyle choices.
